Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are eligible for a refund when cancellation notice is received at least five (5) working days
prior to the invoice due date. All approved refunds are subject to a processing fee equal to 10% of the total invoice amount. This
fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the invoice due date are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Rescheduling
If rain or severe weather is forecast for the scheduled rental date, the customer may request to
reschedule the rental to another available date at no additional charge, provided the request is made
prior to delivery of the rental equipment.
Payments already made will be transferred to the rescheduled rental date, subject to equipment
availability. Once rental equipment has been delivered and/or set up, weather-related refunds will not be issued.
If A Lot of Fun Party Rentals and Supplies determines that severe weather, high winds, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe conditions prevent safe delivery, setup, or use of the equipment, the rental may be postponed and payments may be applied toward a future available rental date at no additional charge.
Payment Policy
A 20% deposit of the invoice total is required to reserve and guarantee all rental items for the date
listed on the invoice. Rental items are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the invoice due date.
Rain & Severe Weather Policy
We understand that weather conditions can affect outdoor events. If rain or severe weather is forecast for
the scheduled rental date, the customer may reschedule the rental to another available date at no
additional charge.
Requests to reschedule due to weather must be made prior to delivery of the rental equipment.
Payments already made will be transferred to the rescheduled rental date. Rescheduled rentals are
subject to equipment availability.
For the safety of our customers and staff, A Lot of Fun Party Rentals and Supplies reserves the right to
postpone or cancel delivery when severe weather, high winds, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe
conditions make delivery, setup, or use of the equipment unsafe. In these situations, payments may be
applied toward a future available rental date at no additional charge.
Once rental equipment has been delivered and/or set up, weather-related refunds will not be
issued.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the company's Refund and Cancellation Policy. A
separate copy of that policy is available to customers and is provided for payment-processing verification.
